Mohammad Jahanzeb (EUA)

Co-Founder and President of OncAdvisor (a concierge oncology second opinion company) who also co-founded PrecisCa (a virtual multidisciplinary and multi- institutional expert tumor panel for point-of-care second opinions). His most recent practice sites were Florida Cancer Specialists and Florida Precision Oncology. He was formerly a Professor of Clinical Medicine, Hematology/Oncology at University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, where he also served as the Associate Director of Community Outreach and Medical Director of the Deerfield Campus for the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center for about nine years. He received his oncology training at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, where he subsequently served on Faculty. He has practiced and led clinical research in lung and breast cancer medical oncology for about 30 years. An international lecturer on issues related to breast and lung cancers, Dr Jahanzeb has given more than 1000 lectures as an invited speaker and has authored or contributed to more than 250 original reports, book chapters, reviews, and abstracts. He has previously served on the NCCN Guidelines Panels for Lung cancer and Breast cancer, as well as its Board of Directors and served on American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) where he chaired the QOPI Steering Committee and Founded and Chaired the International Quality Task Force, which is now a committee. He has traveled extensively around the globe to adapt and implement the NCCN Guidelines and Quality Measures for ASCO. He remains committed to raising the level of cancer care around the world, which led him to start the two companies mentioned above, and to start his second-opinion practice locally in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area. He has now joined Naples Cancer Advisors to add a part-time second-opinion practice there.

Peter Barry (AUS)

Mr Barry qualified from University of Sydney, Australia and obtained a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology in sarcoma, melanoma and breast cancer at The Royal Marsden from 2000–02. He now focuses on breast oncoplastic techniques and reconstructive options following cancer surgery as well as preventative surgery for high-risk women and has been a consultant surgeon at The Breast Unit, Royal Marsden since 2012. He introduced the chest wall perforator flap service for breast conservation and has led development of targeted axillary dissection. He champions breast conservation where appropriate as well as safe surgical de-escalation. He has an interest in translational medicine with publications on tumour evolution and heterogeneity in breast cancer and also leads development and trialing of new devices in surgery.
